Oooooh, I really liked this species! Nice growing! How many spikes do you usually get?

Last year it had 4 spikes at a clip and a couple of smaller, later ones.

I started growing a few Oberonias in the last two or three years, and both bloomed for the first time during this winter: A croftiana with bronze colored flowers which has 16" long fans (I think future fans may be even bigger) and a mini prainiana with yellow flowers whose fans aren't much longer than 1". Both turned out to be easy to grow under my conditions.

EDIT: There has to be at least 50 seed caps on the croftiana, it apparently selfs easily.

Cj, I had picked this one up on a whim from Andy's some years ago, but it is growing on me. So I picked up last month Oberonia ensiformis from J&L. I like the fan shaped growth.

Very exotic.
