I left a post on "Orchid Growing Area Discussion" I have a Paph that will have a double bloom on one spike. I am in So. California and have been addicted to orchids for about 8 years - I have mainly Dendrobium, Phalanopsis and Paphs.

I have not had luck with the Cattleyas or the Oncidiums - I alway end up killing them. So I stay with the hardier varieties. At least they are hardy for me!!! clap

Welcome nanhug! I'm Angela in KY and a Phal. species lover. I envy
your ability to grow Paphs.-they hate me and now the feeling has
become mutual. Do you grow outside all year?

No I would forget about them if I had them outside. I have two places in my house for them. One in the Kitchen behind my sink and the other in my Living Room - They seem to like the south facing windows.
