hi everyone!! My name is Pierre and i live in Clermont-ferrand in the center of France. I have currently approximately 150 plants. I grow orchids since 3 years in apartment in interior and on the balcony. here some flowerings that i have in this moment  Ascocentrum ampulaceum var. album  Maxillaria praestans  Phalaenopsis cornu-cervi  Disa kewdior (London08), Disa Kewdior (Lausanne07), D. uniflora (Lyon08)

Lovely Cyp.! Unfortunately, habitat destruction is responsible for KY losing many native orchid species. Such a shame! For example, we had a large stand of Cyp. acaule which was completely destroyed by kids on four-wheelers riding on posted land with absolutely no regard for the native plants.

why want you make a choice?  i can't it either  the culture of Disa is simpler than much orchids. some rules should just be complied.

Bienvenu Pierre et felicitations, vos orchidees sont ravissantes! Je suis suisse, mais j'habite l'ile de Phuket en Thailande, ce qui me permet de laisser toute ma collection d'orchidees a l'exterieur. Ma preferance sont les cattleyas dont j'en ai environ 70 plantes. Bien sur je cultive aussi d'autres especes... Entre nous, je suis membre de deux autres sites d'orchidees que je trouve bien superieures a celle-ci, si ca vous interesse...
