Today I'm counting stuff in the shop (don't know your English word for it) I call it drudgery! Then I'm going to marry J at the town hall. I think a simple no-fuss-n-muss wedding is the best.

Thank you all! This is how it looked earlier. The guy handling my camera did a much lousier job than I could imagine he would. First he didn't take any pic during the one minute procedure, and after that he shot some four-five pics. None of them are great, so... Later, when we can afford (and have time) for the church version wedding we will ask a photo skilled person to take the pics. BUT, these we now have is great to have! Now we have had a marvelous dinner. I can't tell you we've had or you will think we're more wealthy than we are...  One of the courses was sweetbread... How tasty was that?? VERY!! I will sleep long in the morning, then have a smashing breakfast together with my wife.. Gonna take some time to get used to THAT!

Thank you all! Wendy, it doesn't look tasty raw, neither does it sound too tasty when reading about it, but the taste...! And liver, yes, veal liver Venetian style with polenta. Something I'm going to cook very soon. Todays dinner consists of Marulk (Breiflabb, Havtaske, Angler, Lophius piscatorius, pick one of the translations) together with a friend and his gf and son. Now off to town to shop some ingredients. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
