This Cattleya Walkerinter is blooming out in the greenhouse this morning.
Cattleya Walkerinter is a primary hybrid of Cattleya walkeriana X Cattleya intermedia, registered by Goshima in 1985. This hybrid captures the best qualities of both parents. The bi-foliate growths stand about ten inches high and produce two or three four-inch flowers that are extremely fragrant, and it blooms several times a year. I've had this plant a long time...I got it as a seedling in a trade while I did volunteer work at the Smithsonian Institution's orchid collection in Washington, DC back about 1986.
Christ has set you free. Perhaps the greatest freedom Christ bought for you is freedom from religionůman's edicts of "do this, don't do that, don't touch, don't taste". Use your freedom to do good and not evil. - Apostle Paul
