This is my baby...Paph Alex's Spots 'Benjamin' (kolopakingii 'Ron' x lowii 'Super Dark') I got a flask of these in 2005 and deflasked them in 2006. This particular plant was WAY more vigorous than it's sibs and went into it's own pot rather than the compot with the rest. I sold or shared all the rest over the past couple years but kept this one. It is now one blooming growth, one mature growth and two new growths...this is the first time blooming for this big seedling. I am blown away by how fast it reached blooming size and am pleased with it's first attempt. Will take more photos when the fourth flower opens.
