Beautiful!!
There are two awarded coerulea clones from Krull-Smith offered on the back of July's Orchids, for $99 pp. 1 - 2 years from blooming.
They look too blue to be true on the photos, though.

Looks great! I got one from Krull-Smith at the WOC which it probably about 2 years away from blooming. If it's half as nice as this one I'll be happy!

Spectacular. The mariauxi parent is legendary for its beauty. Randall at Caribe Orchids has many of Armando Mantellini's lueddemaniana. Cerro Verde is the last word on this species development imo.

Edit: name

as you know,Robert has the some of the very best lueddemanniana's now etc, mossiae and perciveliana's because he represents Armando, however you have to see them in bloom to get the real good one's. Quite a few of them are aq quality but you have to know what you are looking for ( breeding etc).anyway good choice.

his name is Armando Mantellini.Cerro Verde is a s/a and it's only good for a parent, for a/q no, there are very good s/a out there, round and over lapping with red lip, but you have to know who has them and big $$$$ thou.

The lip is lovely, with good culture you can increase the size of the flower. The flower ns should be any where from 18 to 20 cm, because of past award's.
