Thanxs Chef - good deal - I have lightroom altready - can't wait to get the camera (Monday) - been checking the remote contol features - setting the camera, focusing, ect from the PC - sounds cool - as most of what I do with my camera is product shot

As I have said years ago - the horts need their own data base for plant registration and the eggheads theirs (for whatever pointy headed reason taxonomy schema is considered so important at this level of minutiae) - would be a fairly simple task to m

Does anyone know where to find this particular plant? I just love this one. I think phrags and vandas are probably my favs. And..... Just ordered a bunch of vandas from RF, but they didn't have this one lying about anywhere.

Thanx all. I learned that C. lueddemanniana had 'wings' on the end of the column, and that that is generally a good indicator of the species. I gotta admit, though, that crossing it with a good form of C. mossiae would make a very nice primary.

Thanx all! Ellen fl - so far it is 12 inches wide (more if you straighten the leaves), and about 9 inches from the base of the plant (not counting under the mix). I'm thinking it will be 2 to 3 feet tall before I need to divide it. This is the 4th

Sean, you really can't say that with these white phals. There are SO many white phals out there that ID'ing one that is tagless is pretty much impossible. The white phal is the most overproduced plant on Earth! Its safe to assume in most cases tha
